We are a one-stop concierge and lifestyle management service dedicated to help you take care of your to-do lists, to give you more time and less stress in daily life. We are located in the Zurich area and serve the city as well as both sides of the lake. For any tasks located in other part of Switzerland, we are working with local concierge companies well known to us. We are fully insured.

What does “1 Stop Concierge” offer?

We offer various programs in tune with your requirements. Bookings start at 15 minutes and extend to whole packages. We also offer tailor-made programs for individual needs. All our services are of the highest quality and we have stringent criteria that all our service providers must meet.

How do I order services and pay for them?

Services can be ordered via phone, email or fax and must be scheduled 24 hours ahead. Same-day orders may incur additional fees. Advance deposits may be required for certain requests. We accept cash and payment by credit card via Paypal.

Is my personal information safe with “1 Stop Concierge”?

We make every effort to ensure that your personal information is maintained in a safe environment. We do not sell your information to third parties nor do we trade information with advertisers.
