
Welcome to “1 Stop Concierge”. My name is Verena Mumford, and I am the founder of this company. I have worked in the service industry for over 30 years. In my varied career I have gathered experience in the travel industry as a tour guide (working for Globus Gateway) and conference organizer (for Travel Strategy, London), in the European hotel industry, in interior design (I am a certified Visual Coordinator and Interior Designer), as well as in real estate (RE/MAX Switzerland).
I have always enjoyed making people’s lives easier and particularly helping Expats feel at home in their new surroundings. Since I lived in London as an expat myself, I know how it feels to be in a new place and not knowing whom to call for help with various errands and tasks. This has led to my founding “1 Stop Concierge”.
Requests for the above fields of work will be fulfilled by myself. For all other tasks I have a choice of experts at hand, all of which are well known to me and are reliable, trustworthy and competitive in price. All work is supervised by myself and all accounting goes through “1 Stop Concierge”.
